Laminated gatefold jacket with "A Product of ABC-Paramount Records, Inc" on lower back cover. Catalog number A7 on front and back cover, but AS-7 on labels and in matrix runouts. Originally issued with black, white, and red "Impulse" inner sleeve advertising other releases.
